No. The weekly calls are one hour to 1.5 hours. The implementation takes time, but most of it is delegated work. You're not expected to do everything yourself.

We stand behind our work. If you're doing the work and not seeing progress by week 6, we'll refund your investment. But this happens about 2% of the time—mostly because owners either don't show up to calls or don't implement the plan.

Minimum 5-10 hours per week, plus the coaching call. Most of that is implementation time—implementing systems, delegating tasks, handling changes. The call itself is your accountability check-in.

You get a written 12-month roadmap you can execute independently. Some clients continue with maintenance calls (optional, £300/month). Most don't. You should own the systems by then.
That's on you. We document everything and train your team. But systems only stick if you reinforce them. It's like a diet—the plan works if you follow it.
Yes. Many clients do a check-in 6 months later. It's optional. We offer a one-off strategic review at £500 if you want to assess progress and adjust the roadmap.
